Vestry International provides specialized marketing services for financial firms, platforms, and advisors serving international and high-net-worth clients. Our services include:

- AUM scaling programs and campaigns
- Marketing engine development for advisory firms
- Succession planning and practice valuation enhancement
The specific services to be provided will be detailed in a separate service agreement or statement of work between Vestry International and the client.
3. Financial Services Regulatory Compliance
Our marketing services are designed with awareness of the regulatory environment for financial advisory firms. However:
- We do not provide legal, compliance, or regulatory advice
- Clients are responsible for ensuring all marketing materials and activities comply with applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdictions of operation
- Clients must obtain necessary approvals from their compliance departments or regulatory bodies before publishing or distributing marketing materials we create
- We will work collaboratively with clients' compliance teams but cannot guarantee regulatory approval of marketing materials
4. Client Responsibilities
As a client of Vestry International, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your firm, services, and target markets
- Disclose relevant regulatory constraints and compliance requirements
- Review and approve marketing materials in a timely manner
- Obtain necessary regulatory approvals before publishing or distributing marketing materials
- Use our services and materials in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Pay agreed-upon fees according to the payment schedule in your service agreement
5. Intellectual Property
Our Intellectual Property: All materials, methodologies, strategies, and proprietary marketing technologies developed by Vestry International remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Client Materials: Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use custom marketing materials created specifically for them. This license is non-exclusive for methodology and strategy elements that are part of our proprietary approaches.
Client Content: Clients retain ownership of their original content, including logos, trademarks, and proprietary information provided to us.
Portfolio Rights: Unless otherwise specified in writing, we reserve the right to include general descriptions of work performed for clients in our portfolio and marketing materials, without disclosing confidential information.
6. Confidentiality
We understand the sensitive nature of financial advisory services and commit to maintaining strict confidentiality regarding:
- Client business strategies and proprietary methodologies
- AUM figures and growth targets
- Client lists and prospect information
- Merger and acquisition plans
- Succession planning details
- Any information designated as confidential

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Vestry International is not liable for regulatory penalties or legal issues arising from a client's use of our marketing materials
- We do not guarantee specific business results, AUM growth, or client acquisition outcomes
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages
- We are not responsible for third-party marketing technology platforms' performance or data security
8. Cross-Border Considerations
Our services may involve cross-border elements. Clients acknowledge that:
- Marketing regulations vary by jurisdiction and may change over time
- Cross-border marketing of financial services may require specific disclosures or registrations
- Different countries have varying restrictions on financial promotions
- Clients are responsible for determining where they are authorized to market their services
- We will work to accommodate jurisdictional requirements but cannot guarantee compliance in all markets
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination:
- Client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date
- We will transfer all client-owned materials and content
- Confidentiality obligations will continue after termination
- Licenses to use our proprietary methodologies will cease unless otherwise specified
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify clients of material changes and post updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
